The Bells are ringing! There is just some insulation work to do on the Tower before this part of the project will be complete. The rest of the work involves putting in some new lights and laying a path for the access for the Disabled. the path will go round to the North Door which will be opened up. At a recent meeting the PCC decided on a list of events for the coming year 2010. This will start with the Clipping Service on Tuesday 16th February - Shrove Tuesday. The Clipping is an opportunity to show our love and support for the building which has stood here for nearly 900 years. The service is followed by a FREE Pancake Supper. This is the PCC's way to thank you for your support during last year. However we would also like it to be a thank you for giving generously to the collection taken during the service. Once again we hope the Salvation Army Band will be there to play for us. Watch this page for details of further events in Wissett.
